DELIVERY & RETURNS

Wiley commits to you being completely happy with your purchase.
We do our utmost to ensure online descriptions are accurate but if for any reason you are not satisfied you are able to store credit for your item(s) or exchange within 14 days of date of purchase. Goods must be in a fit condition to resell, ie not have been worn and are in original packaging.

Please allow 5 days to process your return/exchange.

How to Exchange Product(s)
Please return items to one of our retail outlets either in person or by post (at your expense) with a copy of your receipt.

Faulty Goods
All goods are checked prior to dispatch. However if you receive faulty goods please notify us within 5 days of receipt. If possible we will repair the item or if repair is not possible offer to replace the item.

Important information

We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment or an error on our part. All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

Wileys will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
